Your new company Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Retired Living Administrator to work on a temporary basis at a Supported Living scheme in the Stoke-on-Trent area on a part-time basis.Your new role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resident services, coordinating staff schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment for residents. Duties include handling administrative tasks such as record-keeping, responding to resident enquiries, liaising with families, and supporting event planning and community engagement activities. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
