PURCHASING ADMINISTRATORSTOKE-ON-TRENT - Office-Based (Monday - Friday)

Up to 26K Dependent on experienceGRG are pleased to be working with a manufacturing and engineering organisation who are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join their team. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services to meet the company's operational needs.Responsibilities Included:- Assisting the procurement team in identifying and selecting suppliers- Raising purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, prices, and inventory levels- Resolving any issues related to purchase orders and deliveries- Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement policies and proceduresSkills and Attributes:- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering/manufacturing industry- Strong organisational and time-management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work for a reputable and growing business- Supportive and collaborative team environment- Ongoing training and development opportunities- Excellent career progression prospects
