As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Taking orders over the phone, providing excellent customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Answering incoming calls, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness to customer inquiries.
  • Organising and maintaining files, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval of important documents.
  • Entering purchase orders accurately into the system, contributing to seamless transactions.
  • Conducting regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
  • Proactively chasing payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Assisting with system entry tasks, maintaining data integrity and supporting accurate reporting.

This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 9am to 5:30pm. In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary of up to 27,000 and 20 days of annual leave, in addition to public holidays.
