Job Description:Employment Status: Permanent (Full-Time)Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30hrs. 1 hour lunchSalary: Apprenticeship rateStart Date: ASAPDescription:We are looking to recruit a Support Administrator to work within the admin team supporting with day to day operational admin. Duties include but are not limited to: -Reception/Switchboard based duties: General Reception based duties which will include greeting/ID checking visitors, dealing with deliveries/staff vehicle management etc. Taking and directing calls (Announced call management for the business). Representing/fronting the business; with positive; polite; professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.Administration based duties: In support of the Sales/Recruitment teams, using MS Word, reformatting CV's to a very high standard of speed and accuracy. Data input - updating of in-house database system.
