Honey Box Live isn't just a gig. It's a pop-up TV studio experience where the live audience is right at the heart of it.

We're kicking things off right, for our return to Keele for 2026, on Sunday 27th September. You know the drill by now, 3 talented live acts will perform to a live audience in the courtyard, with doors at 4, then we're live at 5 as what happens on stage gets broadcast, as it happens, to the wonderful audience on the world wide web. No edits, no delays, no retakes just one incredible gig in a truly unique venue.

Fronted by our very talented hosts, Emily Galvin-Wilson an incredible poet, painter and long time host of the Honey Box who will be joined by LFE, local MC and hip-hop hero, they'll ensure our audience has a wonderful time as three amazing acts take to the stage.

Joining us on Sunday 27th September are…

The Two Step Goodbyes: A punkabilly band, kicking out punk/garage rock vibes but with a double bass. From 90 second bangers to western inspired punk ballads, they bring a set that is full of energy, noise and fun!

Onjah: A fitting welcome to Onjah, who are getting the band back together merely one week after they've all gone off to their relevant universities. Suitable then that this year's gig at the Clock House is at the end of Freshers Welcome Week! Onjah have been taking the local scene by storm of late with their mad mix of soul fusion, playing gigs at The Riff Factory and the Artisan Tap.

The Last Gary on Earth: Last but by no means least, the Last Gary on Earth, who many of you will recognise from local open mic nights, Gary is s a Stoke-on-Trent singer-songwriter and acoustic performer, combining distinctive original songs with warm vocals, guitar-led arrangements and plenty of personality. His relaxed, engaging live style moves from thoughtful songwriting to more upbeat moments, creating an intimate but lively sound that truly connects with the crowd.
