A large-scale screening of the King's Coronation and Community Family Fun Day is set to take place at the Smithfield site in Stoke-on-Trent City Centre on Saturday 6 May. The FREE event is open to everyone and will be open from 10am with the Coronation Ceremony starting from 11am.

Activities include face painting, stilt walking flower makers, and food and drink vendors on-site. The recently revamped urban beach will also be open at Smithfield to enjoy on the day.

The Hilton Hotel and other bars and restaurants in Picadilly will also be open for food and drinks, or you are welcome to bring your own picnics and enjoy this historic occasion with family and friends.
