Raku is one of the most fascinating techniques within creative ceramics originating from 16th century Japan. Join Andy Mason for this one-day workshop where you will choose from a selection of beautiful biscuit-fired pots and be guided through the creative glazing methods using both traditional techniques and some that Andy has developed in his 30 years of experience. This all leads to a dramatic 'live' kiln firings resulting in a finished pot with the unique and special glaze effects created through this historic blend of art and alchemy.
