Woman taken to hospital following collision on A50 in Stoke-on-Trent
A woman has been taken to hospital following a collision on the A50 in Stoke-on-Trent this morning (25 June).
Police and paramedics were called to the junction of the A50 and Grindley Lane at 9.01am following reports of a collision between a car and a lorry.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "On arrival we discovered one patient, a woman, who was the car driver.
"She was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Royal Stoke University Hospital."
