The Little Vintage Tearoom at the Spode Museum presents... | Stoke | Fri 10 July
The Little Vintage Tearoom at the Spode Museum will be hosting local musicians on Friday 10 July.
The event will take place from 6-8pm and will feature Jack and the Marmalade Fox.
The orgnaisers said: "Why not start your weekend with us in the Secret Garden...join us for a relaxed early evening licensed event with local musicians in support of The Spode Museum."
Tickets are available online for £6 and includes a welcome drink and nibbles.
The Potteries Folk Club Summer Showcase | Fenton Town Hall | Fri 10 July
The Potteries Folk Club will be hosting the first summer showcase evening on Friday 10 July.
The orgnaisers said: "This July and August, we're delighted to present our summer showcase evenings — and we can't quite believe how lucky we are to have such a high-quality line-up of acts visiting the folk club."
Doors open at 7.15pm for a 7.45pm start.
Tickets are available online for £9.38 (including booking fee).

Carnival and Well Dressing | Brown Edge | Sat 11July
The Brown Edge Carnival and Well Dressing will take place on Saturday 11 July.
The event will feature live music, food vendors, stalls and carnival games including a coconut shy.
Tickets for the field activities will be available from our ticket office which is cash only.
There have also been a range of volunteers and local groups decorating the well boards ahead of this weekend's event.
James Asbourne Book Signing | Vellichor Books | Hanley | Sat 11 July
Vellichor Books in Hanley will be hosting a poetry book signing by James Ashbourne on Saturday 11 July from 1pm to 3pm.
Vellichor Books said: "Come along to our poetry and book signing with local poet James Ashbourne!"

Six Towns Carnival | Hanley Park | Sun 12 July
The Six Towns Carnival will be bringing a carnival parade, sound systems, steel pan music, break-dancing, craft workshops and world food to Hanley Park on Sunday 12 July.
With the motto 'Connecting Through Culture', the carnival aims to celebrate community, culture, and the city of Stoke-on-Trent with a programme of events from 11am to 7pm.
Sarah Chevolleau, Director of SABLE - which is leading Six Towns Reloaded - said: "Six Towns Carnival was the highlight of my summer as a child growing up in Stoke and it's an honour to carry on the tradition of Carnival.
"My motivation in sustaining Six Towns Carnival is to create those memories for the next generation of children. "
World of Wedgwood Artisan Market | Barlaston | Sun 12 July
The World of Wedgwood Artisan Market will return on Sunday 12 July from 10am to 4pm.
There will be handmade gifts, homewares, street food and live music.
The organisers said: "Join us this July as the World of Wedgwood Artisan Market returns, bringing together talented local makers, delicious food, live music and a wonderful community atmosphere in one of Staffordshire's most beautiful destinations."
There is free entry to the market and free parking available.
