A section of vacant land off a busy road in Stoke-on-Trent is set to be sold at auction this month.

The 0.2 acre site behind One Stop, Sandon Road, Meir, has outline planning permission for eight one-bedroom apartments and is surrounded by a gated perimeter fence.

The land has a guide price of £70,000 and will go under the hammer on 21 October.

The site has outline planning permission for eight apartments (Nub News).

Butters John Bee have provided little information about the land, but describe the site as: "Vacant land located adjacent a One Stop convenience store.

"Outline planning consent was granted for residential development in 2021 with indicative drawings for 8 apartments."
