Vacant land off busy Stoke-on-Trent road to be sold at auction
A section of vacant land off a busy road in Stoke-on-Trent is set to be sold at auction this month.
The 0.2 acre site behind One Stop, Sandon Road, Meir, has outline planning permission for eight one-bedroom apartments and is surrounded by a gated perimeter fence.
The land has a guide price of £70,000 and will go under the hammer on 21 October.
Butters John Bee have provided little information about the land, but describe the site as: "Vacant land located adjacent a One Stop convenience store.
"Outline planning consent was granted for residential development in 2021 with indicative drawings for 8 apartments."
