An attraction described as the "UK's best mobile theme park" will open in Stoke-on-Trent for the first time next week.

Funderworld, brought to the city by the same organisers as Winter Wonderland, will be open opposite Hanley Bus Station between 13 and 23 February.

The attraction will have a huge range of rides, fairground games and a large selection of refreshments in the food court.

To celebrate the opening night, organisers are offering unlimited rides for four hours for only £10.

The attraction will have rides, games and refreshments (Lift Hills and Thrills).

A statement on the Funderworld website says: "The organisers of Winter Wonderland are back for half-term fun with exciting rides thrilling roller coasters, inflatable attractions, fairground games...Plus a whole host of other fun things. Funderworld is the UK's BEST mobile Theme Park.

"This brand-new exciting event is packed with fun, unique thrill rides, huge roller coaster and a whole host of traditional fairground favourites including the Waltzer, Dodgem Cars and the Sizzler.

"Funderworld has plenty for all ages, with an awesome selection for the little ones too with a fantastic selection of children's rides and bungee trampolines.

Traditional fairground favourites, such as the Waltzer, will be returning (Lift Hills and Thrills).

"Try your luck and your skill on an array of game stalls and hooplas, whether you like to "Hook a Duck", "Knock the Cans of the Shelf" or simply "try your luck" to win a life-size teddy, theres plenty to choose from.

"You won't go hungry with a huge selection of truly scrumptious fairground treats, from tasty burgers and footlong hot dogs, freshly made donuts, crepes and candy floss, sweets, coffees, Slush Puppies, our food court delivers a large variety of fast food at its finest."
