Two arrests following disorder on Stoke-on-Trent street

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder in Stoke-on-Trent.
Staffordshire Police launched an investigation after officers were first called to Stoke Road in Shelton shortly after 2.50pm on Monday (28 September).
They were called to a report of a group of men fighting in the street.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "One of the men appeared to be holding a metal pole and was swinging it at a taxi which was parked up.
"The passenger in the front seat of the taxi and another man was assaulted."
The passenger left the scene in the car.
The police said the suspect with the metal pole also left the scene in another car, an Audi.
Yesterday morning (Thursday 1 October), Staffordshire Police arrested a 27-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, on suspicion of violent disorder.
He was questioned in custody and bailed with conditions.
Today (Friday 2 October), Staffordshire Police has arrested a 26-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, on suspicion of violent disorder.
The police force said he will be questioned in custody.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "At this stage of our investigation, we believe this to be an isolated incident.
