Trentham announces 'exciting' full calendar for 2024

Trentham is gearing up for an exciting year ahead with a detailed programme of activities and events.
The programme includes its annual Spring Bulb Festival, Wildlife Cruises, Outdoor Theatre, Lambing Live, Gandeys Circus, Summer Concerts and the biggest gig in Staffordshire in 2024 - Trentham Live.
Kick off the New Year with a Winter Saving
Visitors can make the most of discounted entry with Trentham's Winter Saver offer on all gardens entry tickets. This offer is available until 31 January and can be booked here.
In February visitors can walk the red carpet and into the Big Top to enjoy the awe-inspiring Gandeys Circus. The Circus is at Trentham from 9 February until 25 February and tickets are on sale now.
Families can also look forward to Chinese New Year Celebrations in Trentham Shopping Village, taking place on Saturday 10 February. The celebrations will be a spectacle of cultural activities, performers, and music – all free of charge.
Get to Know Trees on Blue Monday (Sold Out)
Being led by Trentham's Wildlife Ranger, visitors can enjoy a free walking tour through the beautiful Kingswood SSSI on Blue Monday. Walkers will discover the world of deciduous trees in winter, whilst learning how to identify them without leaves by recognising bud, bark, branch, and canopy shape.
There will be similar events happening over the course of the year, and will be bookable on Trentham.co.uk.
Trentham Springs into Colour
Get ready to discover an array of different colours and scents at Trentham's annual Spring Bulb Festival.
Visitors can look forward to crocuses, tulips and daffodils throughout the Italian Gardens from Friday 1 March until Friday 31 May.
With over a million bulbs planted in the gardens, visitors are guaranteed something new to see with each spring visit.
Lambing Live Is Back at Easter
Home to rare breed Jacobs, Hebridean and Herdwick sheep for the last 9 years, this Spring sees the return of Lambing Live.
Taking place from Friday 22 March, Lambing Live allows visitors to access the sheep field when staff are on hand, and peep into the lambing shelters to witness ewes in labour and new-born lambs bonding with their mothers.
From Saturday 23 March until Sunday 14 April, visitors can also take part in an Easter trail taking place throughout the gardens.
Dinosaurs at Trentham
On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 April, all visitors can enjoy a roarsome adventure. Discover a mix of costume performances and amazing puppetry with Dinosaurs at Trentham.
Miss Liz will be back in time for Mother's Day boat trips (Trentham Estate).
All aboard Miss Elizabeth!
Miss Liz will be back on the water in time for Mother's Day boat trips around the lake.
Trentham will be holding guided wildlife cruises throughout the summer aboard their eco-friendly electric catamaran, Miss Elizabeth.
Cruisers can learn about Trentham's commitment to conservation and spot a range of wildlife, including a chance to see the family of Eurasian beavers, water voles, weasels, herons and cormorants.
Enjoy a Summer of Live Music
Experience an unmissable live music experience at Trentham's amphitheatre on Fridays and Saturdays from Friday 28 June to Saturday 3 August.
The Summer Concerts offer a chance to picnic and party with your favourite bands and some brand-new acts, which are sure to get you dancing the night away. Full line-up announcement coming soon!
Trentham Live 2024
Trentham Live has established itself as a Summer event on the UK festival calendar, drawing music enthusiasts from far and wide and promises to be an unforgettable four days for music lovers of all ages.
In 2024, Friday 16 August sees the legendary pop icon Jess Glynne headline the stage, followed by much-loved trio Busted headlining on Sunday 18 August.
Trentham Live still has two more acts, plus support acts, to be announced for their 2024 lineup. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
A Spooktacular Halloween
Families can look forward to a range of spine-tingling Halloween thrills in October, including a mysterious spooky maze.
Bringing a very special treat for Halloween is Gandeys Circus, which will be at Trentham from Sunday 13 October until Tuesday 29 October.
It's set to be an action-packed Spooktacular Big Top show for all the family. The show will feature an international cast of skeletons, vampires, Jack o'lanterns and of course Circus Artiste, bringing everything from thrill acts to big production numbers.
Christmas Festivities
Returning for 2024 will be Trentham's Shopping Village Christmas Light Switch On Thursday 14 November, followed by festive magic in the gardens with Trentham's Christmas Festival in December.
Plus, throughout November and December Father Christmas and his cheeky elf will be in his grotto for a magical and unforgettable experience.
