Three people arrested following stabbing in Stoke-on-Trent

Three people have been arrested after two men were stabbed in Stoke-on-Trent yesterday (16 April).

Police were called to a fight on Howard Place, Shelton, just before midnight yesterday. Two men suffered stab wounds and were taken to hospital for treatment.

Three men, a 29-year-old, from the Stoke-on-Trent area, a 25-year-old, from the Derby area, and a 27-year-old, from the Bradford area, were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.

Three men have been arrested and remain in custody (SWNS).

All three remain in custody.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Our investigation is on-going and detectives are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with any information, including relevant CCTV or dashcam footage from the area at the time, to get in touch."
