A man from Stoke-on-Trent has donned his walking boots for the tenth time to fundraise in memory of his late father.
Steve Timms, co-founder of Sempar, took on the Sandstone Trail on Saturday (18 November), hiking more than 30 miles from Delamere to Whitchurch.
This trek was Steve's tenth challenge to mark the anniversary of his father's passing and this year there was sadly another person to remember after the family lost their mother-in-law, Sue, to pancreatic cancer earlier this year.
Steve decided to donate all funds from the walk to Pancreatic Cancer UK and has already raised over £3,000.
Steve said: "Sue is missed dearly by all of her family and friends, she was someone who took on everything in her life with positivity.
"Each year, I've been joined by family and friends for my challenges in memory of my dad. Together, we've walked over 300 miles, climbed the equivalent height of Everest twice and raised over £40,000.
"I want to thank everyone who has walked or donated, you are all amazing and have helped this challenge gain momentum and achieve the extraordinary. I am sure my dad would be mighty proud of what we have achieved."
