Stoke-on-Trent man charged following two assaults in Cheadle

A man from Stoke-on-Trent has been charged following an assault on a woman and another man in Cheadle.

Jordan Lawlor, 30, has been charged with two counts of assault, one count of assaulting a person thereby occasioning actual bodily harm and one count of threatening a person with a blade in a public place.

Jordan Lawlor, 30, is due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Nub News).

Police were called just before 5pm on Monday 27 May to a home near Froghall Road, Cheadle, when a man assaulted a woman inside the address.

Another man, in his 80s, was assaulted at another address in the area.

Lawlor is due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (30 May).
