A man from Stoke-on-Trent has been charged following two separate incidents on Boundary Street, Hanley (Google).

A man from Stoke-on-Trent has been charged with multiple offences following two separate incidents in the city.

Brian Cureton, 50, has been charged with grievous bodily harm, five counts of assaulting an emergency worker, arson and possession of cannabis.

It comes following two separate incidents on Boundary Street, Hanley.

Brian Cureton, 50, has been charged with grievious bodily harm, five counts of assaluting an emergency worker, arson and possession of cannabis (Staffordshire Police).

In October last year, a man in his 60s was assaulted and went to hospital with serious injuries. He has since been discharged. 

When responding to the incident, four police officers were assaulted but didn't suffer any injuries.

Then, in February this year, police were called to the same street after Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service extinguished a fire inside an address. An officer was assaulted when this happened, but wasn't injured.
