A pair of men have been charged with theft offences after a number of items were stolen from a pharmacy in Stoke-on-Trent.

In the early hours of Thursday (20 April), the items were taken from inside the address in Longton.

Matthew Preston, aged 38, of no fixed address, was arrested and has since been charged with burglary.

Joseph Robinson, aged 44, of Newcastle-under-Lyme, was arrested and charged with the same offence.

Both of them appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Saturday (22 April) and have been bailed ahead of a later court date.
