Spring Festival - Celebrating Earth Day

The Spring Festival takes place at Middleport Pottery on 20 April (Middleport Pottery).

Middleport Pottery will be hosting an exciting Spring Festival between 10.30am and 3pm on 20 April.

Featuring hands-on children's activities & mini workshops, sustainable craft stalls, explore our heritage areas, face painting, children's story time and lots more.

Also exhibiting at the event will be Port Vale Football Club, Daltons Ice Cream, Steelite, Muddy Publishing and many more.

Slimming World: Charity Clothes Throw

The clothes sale takes place on 20 April between 2pm and 4.30pm (Slimming World).

A clothes sale will take place on 20 April between 2pm and 4.30pm, all in aid of three amazing charities. 

Slimming World, alongside Cancer Research, will host the charity event at St Wulstan Community Centre, Wolstanton, ST5 0EG. 

The event will raise money for Savanna, JIA (National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society) and Women's Orchid Society - and any clothes not sold will be donated to Cancer Research.

On the day, there will be some amazing stalls run by some fabulous people including Crafty Hill, Mother & Daughter Crafts, Sharon Mercer Vicky Grundy with cakes, Fizzy Fun and others.

Longton Carnival & Pig Walk Parade

Longton Carnival and Pig Walk Parade will take over Longton Town Centre on Sunday 21 April (Longton Carnival).

Longton Carnival & Pig Walk Parade is back for a second year and is taking over Longton Town Centre.

The Strand and Longton Exchange will have a packed programme of free entertainment from 11am.

Family fun fair rides, food stalls, face-painters, free stages, circus performances, and the famous Pig Walk Carnival Parade!

What else is on in Stoke this weekend?
