Here are our top picks for the coming days:
Middleport Fun Run
Middleport Matters and Canal & River Trust is inviting people to explore Middleport by taking part in a short 'fun run'.
Participants can walk, jog, run or be pushed around the 0.8 mile route and receive a certificate and medal on completion.
To book a place, call Middleport Matters on 01782817590.
Longton Artisan and Cultural Fair
Longton's Artisan and Cultural Fair takes place on Saturday 14 July.
A selection of local makers, creators and entertainers will be joining together to bring something "new and exciting" to Longton.
Beyond the Barricade
Beyond the Barricade will be performing at Victoria Hall, Hanley, on Friday 12 July.
Victoria Hall say: "Join the cast for two hours of the best of Broadway and the West End, featuring the songs that have made audiences return over and over again for 25 years.
"Enjoy numbers from The Phantom of the Opera, Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story, The Lion King, Blood Brothers, Miss Saigon, Hamilton and many others, climaxing with a spectacular finale from, of course, Les Misérables!"
Port Vale Football Club – A Step Back in Time
A new Port Vale Football Club exhibition will be unveiled at The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery this weekend.
'A Step Back in Time' features significant shirts and memorabilia from the club and will be open from 12 July until 8 September 2024.
Shirts will be on display from unforgettable moments such as promotion to Division Two, what is now known as the Championship, for the first time in 32 years during the 1988/89 season.
Don't forget you can advertise your event for FREE on our 'What's On' page by clicking the black 'Nub It' button.
If it wasn't for our sponsors like Bros Distillery and Powerleague, our what's on section and news site would not be possible. Thank you.
