The weekend is right around the corner and there's plenty to get up to in and around Stoke-on-Trent this weekend.

SIXTOWNS Saturdays - Live music | SIXTOWNS Bar | Sat 31 May

Even more live music is landing this weekend at SIXTOWNS Bar at World of Wedgwood. 

Join the team for a great day on Saturday, 31 May, from 2pm, with laid-back sounds, quality drinks, and good vibes all day.

The venue will be open from 10am, and bookings are recommended.

The music will be on no matter the weather – but if the sun's shining, the entertainment will move outside. 

Absolutely Bonkers Bingo is also returning on Friday 30 May to SIXTOWNS Bar.

The Fustian Band | Belong Newcastle-under-Lyme | Fri 30 May

Join residents and staff at Belong Newcastle-under-Lyme in The Venue for a wonderful evening of live music, as The Fustian Band returns for their summer concert, on Friday 30 May at 6pm.

Enjoy a lively performance filled with fantastic folk music and storytelling. This event is free to attend, but booking is highly recommended.

Etruria Canals Festival | Etruria Industrial Museum | Sat 31 May & Sun 1 June 

Etruria Canals Festival returns this weekend and it is open 11am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Alongside the historic narrowboat gathering there will be a range of family-friendly workshops, arts and heritage activities, performances, craft stalls and exhibitors, beer tent and street food.

As usual, the festivities will take place on the site of Etruria Industrial Museum (Kiln Down Close, Stoke-On-Trent, ST1 4RB) at the junction of the Trent and Mersey and Caldon Canals.

The festival is also free to attend. 

Jax Jones + House & Garage Orchestra + Nathan Dawe at Trentham | Sat 31 May 

Tickets are still available for Saturday's At Trentham concert series. 

Jax Jones, The House & Garage Orchestra & Nathan Dawe triple headline the Saturday night of the brand-new concert series At Trentham, on Saturday 31st May 2025.

The House & Garage Orchestra will be joined by special guests Sweet Female Attitude, JJ, Lifford, and Shelley Nelson.

Event gates open at 4pm and live music starts at approximately 6pm.

Animal Book Trail | Middleport Pottery | Until Sun 1 Jun

Explore Middleport Pottery and discover all the animal-themed books around the site.

Answer the questions in your booklet then return to reception to get your treat! No additional site admission fee and tickets for the trail are £3.

The trail is running daily 10am-3pm.

Live family wrestling | Abbey Hulton Sports & Social Club | Fri 30 May

United Wrestling is returning to Abbey Hulton Sports and Social Club on Friday for 'May Madness Friday' from 7pm.

The organisers say it's a WWE-style extravaganza that the entire family will never forget and you get to meet the wrestlers at the end of the night for a selfie.

Booking ahead is recommended but you can also pay on the door.
