H Samuel's only Stoke-on-Trent store reopened over the weekend following a six-day renovation.

The store, located in the Potteries Centre in Hanley, now has an enhanced ear piercing studio, refreshed jewellery displays and a new 'gold wall' featuring new collections.

The refresh of the store is part of a multimillion-pound scheme of investment across the UK by H Samuel's parent company, Signet Jewelers.

Store manager, Karen Greatbatch said: "We wanted our customers to feel right at home from the moment they enter our store."

"We're here to help them celebrate the special moments in their lives as well as being a destination for fashion lovers to discover the latest jewellery looks and trends, so we really wanted to bring this to life in our store."

"We're really excited and hope our customers, will love our makeover."

H Samuel closed on Sunday 13 July and shoppers were joined by Stoke City's Mascot Pottermus on Saturday for the grand reopening.

Neil Old, Managing Director Signet Jewelers UK and Ireland: "This significant investment in our stores underscores our dedication to local high streets and shopping centres across the country.

"We believe that a vibrant retail sector is a vital part of a thriving community and we hope our refurbished stores will be warmly welcomed by local shoppers."
