Plans have come forward for up to 117 new homes at a former factory site in Stoke-on-Trent.
Westchurch Homes Ltd. wants to develop three hectares of land off Anchor Road and Forrister Street in Longton at the site of the demolished Tuscan Works.
The proposed 117 homes would be affordable housing, according to a statement submitted with the application, and would consist of semi-detached and terraced housing.
There is a mix of one-bedroom apartments, as well as two, three and four bedroom homes proposed.

The design and access statement states: "The application seeks full planning permission for the construction of 117 dwellings and associated works on land off Forrister Street, Stoke-on-Trent – the site measures approximately 3 hectares.
"The associated works include site access, roads and footways, parking areas, associated engineering operations, hard and soft landscaping, walls and fences and drainage and other systems associated with the construction of dwellings.
"The gross density of the proposed residential development is 39 dwellings per hectare.
"The proposed dwellings are a mix of 2 and 2.5 storeys and comprise a mix of semidetached and terraced house types.
"All of the houses have private garden areas and the apartments have communal garden areas. Parking is provided by way of private driveways located conveniently for each property."
