Pottery competition show set in Stoke to return in 2023

The new series of The Great Pottery Throw Down begins Sunday 8 December at 7.45pm on Channel 4.

Season 6 will see 12 new contestants battle it out to become Britain's best potter.

Between 2015 and 2020, the show was filmed at Middleport Pottery in Burslem but since 2021 it has been filmed at Gladstone Pottery Museum in Longton.

Presented by Siobhán McSweeney, the show has a similar format to The Great British Bake Off and The Great British Sewing Bee.

Previous seasons are available to watch on All4.
