Popular Stoke fast-food restaurant to reopen this week after a ‘much-needed makeover’

A popular fast-food restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent is set to reopen this week after undergoing a 'much-needed makeover'.

KFC, on Sandyford roundabout, will reopen on Thursday 22 June, according to a sign placed outside the drive-thru.

A KFC spokesman said: "Fear not people of Stoke-on-Trent! We're just giving our Sandyford restaurant a well-deserved makeover.

"We'll be back at the fryers and serving fans our delicious fried chicken very soon. Watch this space."
