Christmas shoppers and ceramics enthusiasts are being invited to attend a popular Makers' Market in Stoke-on-Trent this month.

Following the success of February's market, the ceramic event is making a much-welcomed return ahead of the Christmas shopping period.

The Makers' Market will take place at Gladstone Pottery Museum on Saturday 18 November between 11am and 4pm.

Over 50 local and national ceramic makers are confirmed to attend with past contestants from the hit television series The Great Pottery Throw Down, including Jennifer Cobb, Vithushanan Karunakaran, Miles Johnson, Henry Moore, Tom Demeranville, Lucinda Lovesey, and Adam Johnson.

Adam Johnson said: "Stoke-on-Trent holds a special place in my heart and I'm thrilled to be taking part in the Ceramic Makers' Market."

"Gladstone Pottery Museum is such a jewel of the UK's arts and crafts heritage and I can't wait to return to be surrounded by lots of fantastic potters, this time to be selling our clay creations and chatting all about our love of pottery."
