A popular community pub in Stoke-on-Trent has been put up for sale for £195,000.

The King's Head - or Scrimmies - on Ford Green Road in Smallthorne, has two trading rooms, a games room, courtyard and spacious three-bedroom living area upstairs. 

Leisure property specialist, Fleurets, say: "An end of terrace corner built property of two-storey brick built construction, painted and rendered and lying beneath a pitched pan-tiled roof.

"To the rear there is a small enclosed courtyard with a mix of decking and astro turf and a 'games room' with patio doors and roof light.

The pub has two trading rooms, a games room, courtyard and private living area (Nub News).

"Located either side of the central bar servery and accessed from the small central lobby, the Bar has a boarded floor and vinyl cushioned bench seating whilst the Lounge is carpeted and has a mix of dralon and vinyl seating. Both rooms are very welcoming.

"To the rear there is a small enclosed courtyard with a mixture of decking and astro turf and a 'pod' with patio doors which provides an excellent additional trading area and is used for pool and darts.

"The private quarters are at first floor level and comprise 3 bedrooms, living room, domestic kitchen, utility, bathroom and small office."

The popular venue also has a licence for the sale of alcohol and live music, recorded music and dance seven days a week.
