Police looking for this man after car stolen in Stoke-on-Trent

Staffordshire Police has released an image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to a car theft in Stoke-on-Trent.

A grey Volkswagen Touran was stolen from Castlefield Street, in Shelton, on Wednesday 4 June and driven in the direction of Shelton New Road.

The force says the investigation into the stolen car is ongoing. The image has been released as part of "ongoing enquiries".

Staffordshire Police is urging people to get in touch with officers if they recognise the man in the CCTV image.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Just before 8am on Wednesday 4 June, a grey Volkswagen Touran was stolen from Castlefield Street, Shelton, and was driven away in the direction of Shelton New Road.

"Our investigation is ongoing and we are keen to speak to the man in the image as part of our ongoing enquiries."

People are urged to get in touch by calling 101 and quoting incident number 120 of 4 June, or use Live Chat on the Staffordshire Police website if you have any information.
