Staffordshire Police are appealing for information following a deliberate fire at a business in Stoke-on-Trent.

Fire crews and police were called to an address on Ford Green Road just after 3.15am on 21 August.

Tarpaulin covering the roof of the building had caught fire but thankfully no-one was injured.

Thankfully, nobody was injured in the blaze (Staffordshire Fire & Rescue).

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Our officers searched the area and examined CCTV from local businesses.

"Anyone who was in the area at the time and has information that could help with our enquiries is asked to get in touch.

"Call us on 101, quoting incident number 46 of 21 August, or message us using Live Chat on our website.

"You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
