Staffordshire Police are appealing for information after a 16-year-old boy was left injured following a non-stop collision in Stoke-on-Trent.

At around 11pm on Friday 17 February, the boy was travelling along Victoria Road in Fenton on a red Beta motorbike.

On reaching the roundabout, he steered the bike and crossed the road towards the entrance of KFC and Costa before a white Audi pulled out of the junction of King Street and collided with the bike.

Police say the driver of the Audi did not remain at the scene and drove away in the direction of City Road.

Police are asking anyone with any information to get in touch (Staffordshire Police).

The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries but attended hospital as a precaution and was left shaken as a result.

Any witnesses or those with CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time which can help police identify the driver of the Audi are asked to get in touch.

Contact Staffordshire Police through Live Chat on their website or call 101 quoting incident 893 of 17 February.
