Plans have been submitted to install new electric vehicle charging stations on a fast food restaurant chain car park in Stoke - replacing two existing car park spaces.

On Wednesday 1 March, InstaVolt submitted plans to install two new rapid electric vehicle charging stations on McDonald's Car Park, Springfields Retail Park, Trent Vale.

The UK electric vehicle charging network operator plans to replace two existing McDonald's car park spaces with EV charging bays - along with associated equipment.

McDonalds, Springfields Retail Park, Trent Vale (Google).

If approved, InstaVolt will alter the line painting to ensure that logos are on allocated spaces for EV charging. 

A decision regarding the plans has not yet been made.
