Plans for signage on a new self-storage facility currently under construction in Stoke-on-Trent have been submitted to the local council.

Work on Go Store Self Storage in Fenton is well underway and now the company has applied for the installation of "4x illuminated fascia signs, 2x non-illuminated fascia signs and 1x perimeter lighting feature".

Plans for the new facility were approved by Stoke-on-Trent City Council were approved in May 2024 and a Design and Access Statement submitted as part of the original application says: "The proposed development will deliver a new commercial unit to Diamond Park and complement the existing neighbouring facilities.

The new facility is expected to open in early Spring 2025 (Go Store Self Storage).

"The proposal will also result in the regeneration of a prominent undeveloped site and create a significant level of investment as well as employment opportunities during both the construction and operational phases."

Go Store Self Storage is expected to open in early Spring 2025 and once open, will operate between the hours of 8am and 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am and 4pm (Saturday) and 10am and 2pm (Sunday).

According to the website, customers can expect "purpose-built units, a friendly team and customer satisfaction".
