Newcastle Branch Manager, Maria Preston, told Nub News: "We are very much honoured to have again been recognised as the leading estate agent in Newcastle having won for the second year running the British Property Gold Award for Newcastle-under-Lyme.

"As an agent we have gone from strength to strength even within this challenging market and ever-changing property landscape. We are excited to continue our growth in the area next year, and I'm very excited to be launching our all-inclusive sales and legal fee option."

The Lettings team at Stephenson Browne has also received an ESTAS Regional Accolade for customer service, an accomplishment which Manager, Sarah Radford, described as "a great feeling".

The Lettings team also received an ESTAS Regional Accolade for customer service (ESTAS).

Sarah told Nub News: "To win an award in our region for our service is such a great feeling for the whole team. It acknowledges that most of the time we are getting it right which is very rewarding. To know that you are doing a good job and achieving client satisfaction boosts the team's confidence to strive to do even better."

Sarah feels that a solid, knowledgeable team that have expertise in the local market and genuinely care about the service they provide to their landlords and tenants is what is behind their continued growth and success.

Sales Director at Stephenson Browne, Craig Whitney, said: "I couldn't be prouder of the Stephenson Browne team this year, whether it be office growth in terms of market share, or increasing our managed lettings portfolio, a lot of what we achieve is largely down to word of mouth in the service we provide.

"I must thank all our clients for the feedback we receive, and for that feedback to then be recognised in the array of awards the offices picked up in 2023 is humbling. We go again this year and look forward to continuing to strive to be the best in the business!"
