A brand-new dental practice is opening soon in Newcastle-under-Lyme which aims to offer "affordable private dentistry".

The Dentist at Chesterton will open inside the former Waterhayes Surgery on Crackley Bank in Chesterton.

COO, Andrew Jackson, told Nub News: "I noticed that the area is underserviced and NHS practices have very long waiting lists so we saw an opportunity to provide something a little bit different to what other surgeries offer.

"We're going to be offering good value private dentistry - it's private but without the price tag.

"Our dentists are highly qualified with a vast range of experience and our Practice Manager is Anne Perry who has been in this role for six years so far.

"The location itself is perfect, it's a former GP practice so people know about it already, it's got disabled access, a car park and it's close to a bus stop so it's very accessible."

The Dentist at Chesterton will be offering a huge range of services including:

  • Dental exams and check-ups
  • Dental hygiene services
  • Routine fillings
  • Root canal treatments
  • Crowns, bridges and dentures
  • Cosmetic dentistry
  • Clear retainer braces
  • Dental implants

The practice has also undergone a full refurbishment since Andrew started working on the building in March and he added that "it's been really exciting to freshen the place up".

The practice is set to open soon and then will operate from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
