A new doner kebab kiosk is set to open today in Stoke-on-Trent.
Döner Meister, which will serve Berlin-style doner kebabs, will officially open today (Wednesday 7 January) at 12pm in Fountain Square, Hanley.
The takeaway will be open for collection from 12pm to 11pm, seven days a week, and the owner has plans to expand into delivery in the coming weeks.
Halim, the owner, said: "In Stoke-on-Trent there are no shops that offer proper Berlin-style doner."
The kebabs are made with waffle patterned flat bread, and there is a choice of three signature sauces: garlic, red chili and yoghurt.

Halim added: "Most of our supplies are coming from Germany, so it's as authentic as you can get in the UK."
Döner Meister specialises in kebabs and does not intend to expand into other dishes such as burgers in order to ensure the quality of their Berlin-style kebabs.
Halim said: "There wasn't anyone offering the type of concept that we're offering.
"There are so many burger and pizza places, but I think what we are going to offer is something different that people might be excited for."
Döner Meister will be open from 12pm to 11pm seven days a week in Fountain Square, Hanley from Wednesday 7 January.
