Man charged following house fire in Stoke-on-Trent

A man has been charged following a house fire in Stoke-on-Trent last week.

Stanley Tamakloe, 59, from Penkhull, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life. 

It comes after officers went to an address near Hunters Way, Penkhull, just after 1am on Friday 7 June and found it well-alight. 

Tamakloe is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre tomorrow (Tuesday 11 June).
