Man, 22, arrested following crash in Stoke-on-Trent

A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving following a crash in Stoke-on-Trent.
It comes after a car was involved in a single-vehicle collision at the junction of High Street and Summer Bank Road in Tunstall at around 11pm yesterday (Thursday 18 June).
Staffordshire Police said the car was on its roof and occupants had left the scene, when officers arrived.
Three occupants, men, were located nearby and were taken to hospital by West Midlandsthe Ambulance Service.
Their injuries are not thought to be life-changing or life threatening.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police: "Following our enquiries, the suspected driver of the vehicle and another man were located a short time later.
"A 22-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving.
"The incident has been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) as is routine following earlier police contact.
"We are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, or those who may have relevant dashcam footage.
