A block of offices formerly occupied by a Stoke-on-Trent charity have been put up for sale, for an undisclosed price.
3-6 Whittle Court, in Hanley, was formerly occupied by Brighter Futures which recently closed its Clubhouse Network after 20 years of operation.
The office block has 36 allocated car parking spaces and is located only half a mile away from Hanley town centre.
In a brochure, Harris Lamb say: "The property comprises four self-contained, two storey, brick-built office buildings with a mixture of open plan and partitioned space.
"There is an entrance area to each with WCs and kitchen with a staircase providing access to the first floors. Currently there is connecting internal doorways between each floor of units 4-6 and a first floor doorway connecting unit 3-4 internally.
"The space benefits from suspended ceilings throughout incorporating a mixture of fluorescent and LED lighting, perimeter trunking and raised floors in part and air conditioning."
In place of the Clubhouse Network, Brighter Futures launched two 'wellbeing centres' for residents, one of which runs at the Dudson Centre, Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4pm, and another at Meir Community Education Centre on Thursdays from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
The offices are available as a whole or individually, interested businesses should contact Harris Lamb on 01782 272 555 for more information.
