Five Guys is set to open its first-ever Stoke-on-Trent restaurant.

The company will open a new restaurant at Festival Park this year but it is not confirmed which unit they will be moving into.

There is building work taking place at the former Frankie & Benny's unit on Festival Way and the former Argos unit is empty.

Currently, Five Guys is recruiting for an assistant manager position for the new Festival Park store.

The job advert says: "We're opening a brand new restaurant at the Festival Retail Park in Stoke-on-Trent, which means we are growing our family.

"The ideal Assistant Manager would have experience working in a fast-paced QSR environment that is exposed to high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable when it comes to people and customers, and be driven to deliver great results.

"We're the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. And we've stuck to the same 'perfect and serve' philosophy since our family business began in 1986."
