Family pay tribute to 'deeply missed' 24-year-old Stoke-on-Trent woman killed in crash

The family of a 24-year-old Stoke-on-Trent woman who died following a vehicle crash in Barton have paid tribute to her.

Sukhanpreet Kaur, of Burslem, was a passenger in white Ford Transit van when the vehicle was involved in a crash on Barton Road, Barton at around 5.50am on Saturday 14 February.

Sukhanpreet was pronounced dead at the scene and her family are being supported by specialist officers

Her family have now paid tribute to her. They said: "Your love was the light that guided us, and your kindness left an imprint on every life you touched.

"Thank you for the memories that we will cherish forever. You are gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. It feels impossible to say goodbye to someone with so much life still left to live.

"Rest in peace. Thank you for the beautiful memories and the light you brought into our lives. You will be deeply missed."

A 27-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, both of Burslem were arrested following the crash on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

They have since been released on bail.
