A singer and songwriter - who gave the UK its best result in Eurovision since 1998 - will perform in Stoke-on-Trent later this year.

Sam Ryder will appear at Victoria Hall, Hanley, on Friday 13 December and tickets are on sale NOW.

The show is one of only six dates on Sam's winter tour - other venues include the O2 Academy in Leicester, Bournemouth and Oxford.

His promotors say: "Singer, songwriter and newly anointed household name of the United Kingdom Sam Ryder, blew the socks off roughly 161 million viewers when he took to the stage on 14 May 2022 at Turin's PalaOlimpico for the Eurovision Song Contest.

Sam gave the UK its best result in Eurovision since 1998 (Sam Ryder).

"His debut album There's Nothing But Space, Man! is a catalogue of infectious pop energy that soared to the number 1 spot in 2022. Having received his first ever BRIT Award nomination for Breakthrough artist and closing out the BRIT Awards 2023.
