UPDATE: Stretch of M6 reopens following 'serious' crash

The M6 northbound between Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent has reopened following a crash earlier today.

The M6 north between J14 and J15 was closed earlier today due to a "serious collision".

Staffordshire Police attended the scene.

There are currently delays of 30 minutes.

National Highways said: "M6 North between J14 (Stafford) to J15 (Stoke) is now open following a serious collision.

"Vehicles involved have been recovered. Contractors have completed clean up works.

"Delays of 30 mins and four miles of congestion."
