There are currently delays on the A500 due to an earlier 'police incident'.

National Highways explained that the incident has now been cleared and the A500 has opened in both directions.

A spokesperson for National Highways said: "There are delays of up to 30 mins above normal travel time remaining in the area so pleace allow time for delays to clear."
