Channel 4 casting in Stoke-on-Trent for the next series of The Jury

A Channel 4 reality series is casting in Stoke-on-Trent ahead of the filming in Stafford.
Production for the BAFTA-winning series, The Jury, is to take place in Stafford City Centre in March 2026.
Trilogy Casting is leading the search for everyday people from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
They explained that the series, produced by Screendog Productions for Channel 4, has been praised for its "bold exploration of how everyday people interpret real cases, evidence and the justice system.
The Jury invites 12 members of the public to step inside a reconstructed courtroom environment and experience what it is like to sit on a real UK jury.

The case presented in the series is a meticulous re-staging of a genuine criminal trial, performed by actors but based on authentic evidence, testimonies, timelines, and legal arguments.
Participants hear the case exactly as the original jury did before deliberating and delivering a final verdict.
Hally Laws, Casting Director at Trilogy Casting, said: "We're incredibly excited to begin another series of this powerful social experiment, which has sparked nationwide conversation about the UK justice system.
"We're now looking for everyday people from Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.
"If you've ever been curious about the justice system or wished you could experience jury service, we'd love to hear from you."
The casting team are looking for people over the age of 18, within one hour of Stafford city centre, who are interedted in the justice system.
All participants must be available for filming in March 2026.
