Ali's Spice, located on Uttoxeter Road, has quickly established itself as a beloved fixture in its small corner of Stoke-on-Trent, despite only opening its doors three years ago.

The remarkable success of the business is credited to Manager Mohammed Ahsbar Ali, who has been instrumental in building a reputation for excellence. Mohammed, who handles the day-to-day operations alongside his sister, brings a decade of experience in the restaurant industry to the table.

Crucially, the culinary expertise runs in the family. Mohammed was inspired by his uncle—a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience who owns the acclaimed Ali's Kitchen. This mentorship ensures the standards remain exceptionally high.

Speaking about the incredible recognition, Mohammed called the award nomination "one of the proudest moments" of his career.
