Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and team efficiency

• Oversee daily operations of the workshop, managing workflows and ensuring quality standards

• Support, train and motivate a team of technicians and service staff

• Maintain strong communication with customers, providing updates and resolving any service-related queries

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and manufacturer standards

• Monitor departmental performance, managing targets and driving improvement

What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or existing Service Manager

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• A solid understanding of automotive service operations and workshop management

• A full UK driving licence
