Join our team as an HGV Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs). As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and functionality of our fleet of vehicles.

All applicants must be level 3

Duties:

- Perform heavy lifting and use power tools to assemble, maintain, and repair HGVs.

- Follow equipment repair procedures and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns promptly and professionally.

- Utilize welding techniques when necessary for repairs.

- Operate forklifts and other equipment for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in heavy lifting, power tools operation, equipment assembly, maintenance, and repair.

- Familiarity with schematics to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs effectively.

- Experience in welding techniques for vehicle repairs is a plus.

- Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely.

Shifts pattern

6am -2.30pm One week and 2pm-10.30pm week after

Monday to Friday

Every other Saturday Morning

Anything over 40 hours paid at time and a half

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20.00-£22.00 per hour
