This post represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a team in Keele University's People and Organisational Development Department.

If you're a HR Generalist ready to support the effective delivery of resourcing by supporting managers in attracting talent and delivering a seamless candidate journey, then we'd love to hear from you.

The HR Advisor (Resourcing) will be required to build strong partnerships with managers and candidates, deliver high quality recruitment support and optimise the tools and channels that help us attract the very best talent in a global market.

Ensuring Immigration compliance will be a fundamental aspect of the role, providing advice on visa options (varying from skilled workers, global talent, student visas and more), sponsorship duties and right to work requirements.

While the primary focus of this role is on delivering a highquality resourcing service, we are looking for an individual with experience of conducting investigations into disciplinary and grievance matters.

The role holder will work closely with the Employee Relations team, in the undertaking of a range of casework in partnership with managers across the University. If your experiences lie in shaping and delivering outstanding recruitment and compliance services, and you're keen to broaden your portfolio within employee relations, this role offers an excellent opportunity.

It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values continuous professional development, and is looking to support and grow across multiple areas of Human Resources.

You will have experience of co-ordinating recruitment activities and an understanding of immigration legislation and its application in the workplace. You will have up to date knowledge of employment law and experience of conducting investigations in disciplinary and grievance casework.
