Position: Small Works Estimator

Location: Colne, Lancashire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000

We are looking for a Small Works Estimator for a full time, permanent position for a building services company based in Lancashire.

This position will be dealing with the smaller projects for the company that will include the replacement of air conditioning, electrical panels and motors for commercial sites

This is an office based position working closely with the managers, sales teams and design person

The right person for this position will already have estimating experience in relation to small works and building services

Requirements

• Experience in estimating small projects
• Must have done this in a building services environment
• Based in a commutable distance to Colne
• Driving licence is preferred but the office is based with good transport links
• Need to be willing to be office based

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
• Modern office environment
• Training can be provided
