Site Service's Engineer
Annual
- Ensure safe and reliable generation and distribution of site utilities, including steam, refrigeration, water, effluent treatment, hygienic air handling, and compressed air.
- Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance, moving the site from reactive to preventative approaches.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and create improvement plans.
- Coach and develop technicians within the Industrial Services team.
- Support compliance audits and ensure all activities align with legislation and site standards.
- Manage small-scale projects and contribute to future capital expenditure planning.
- Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, ideally with additional mechanical skills.
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical problem-solving ability and structured approach to fault diagnosis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach others.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
